I have been coming to 105F for about 7 years and I absolutely love it. I first started out doing the 26+2 class several times a week and I saw a HUGE difference in my overall mental and physical health. I now do the inferno hot Pilates classes a couple times a week and throw in a yoga class here and there and I can’t say enough good things. I have abs now and it’s definitely from these classes. The classes are high energy, have great instructors and music. Be warned, you will sweat ALL of your demons out and feel spectacular after. Also, I like that I don’t necessarily have to book in advance - it’s very low stress/laid back so I can just go whenever I truly feel like it. The classes do get busy but I’ve never had a problem finding room. The Wicker Park space is beautiful and sunny. I will always go here and highly recommend!

I absolutely love the Pilates classes at 105F! The energy is always amazing, and the community is one of the best parts — so supportive, positive, and fun. I’ve gained not just physical strength, but also a lot of confidence since starting. The instructors are all incredibly welcoming and encouraging, which makes every class feel like a safe space to challenge myself and grow. I’m always trying to bring friends with me so they can experience the good vibes too. This place, and the people, have become such an integral part of my self care practice. I would definitely recommend taking classes here and even exploring their other locations. Each studio has their own special touch to your workout experience

Yoga was fine. But service was poor. Made it very difficult to cancel our membership. We signed up for this yoga studio as a trial while our other studio was out of commission. Classes were fine but when we decided to end our membership they were slow in getting back to us. This resulted in us in charging us for TWO extra months being charged. Be prepared for that when signing up. I’d really like for places to just rely on their excellence to attract members, not scam people.

I love 105F! I love the 26-2 posture yoga. I used to have really bad knee issues and now i can do postures comfortably involving sitting. They have such good Pilates instructors. Shout out to Colleen who gave me one of the best workout of my life. More than anything though, doing this yoga has given me such mental clarity. 10/10

I had a very disappointing experience at this studio. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The instructions were unclear, making it difficult to navigate as a first-time visitor. I attended the class through ClassPass, and despite my phone being on silent (not even on vibrate) and me standing in the corner out of the way, the instructor singled me out, insisting I was interrupting. The real disruption was the instructor stopping the entire class just to call me out, even after I had informed them that I was dealing with a family emergency. Additionally, the studio had an unpleasant odor, as if it wasn’t properly cleaned, which made the environment uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was that, after just this one interaction on my very first visit, I was banned—along with my friend—without any opportunity to explain or resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism or respect, the instructor seemed irritated from the start, possibly because I arrived just a minute before class began. Beyond all of this, it was clear that this space is not welcoming to people of color. The way I was treated felt discriminatory, and it was unlike any experience I’ve had at other fitness studios. Instead of fostering an inclusive and respectful environment, they chose to exclude and mistreat paying customers. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a fitness studio, and I would absolutely never return. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and inclusivity made it clear that this is not a welcoming space.
