Wonderful hidden friendly resource. During CoVid I’ve been losing weight and not going out of house. I’m part of the third pandemic of loneliness. Fortunately, from 11:30-1:00 they have meals in the back. The have library in back for all their resources. If your a member of SL county and over ~ 60 Inside there are interactive on line courses and I think Virtual courses. In side is equally relaxed and beautiful. It is is bright and open and it has tons of classes. They have: tai chi, yoga, Zumba, Silver Shoe fitness classes. There is a little gym if you like working out. There’s ping pong and pool tables. I’m amazed at all educational classes and computer lab. However, a real strength is it’s different libraries and areas for when you just want to be by yourself but know other folks are around.
