I met the owner, Paul Riekert 2 1/2 years ago and knew he was building a high-end recording studio but wasn't until this January that I finally got to tour it and sit in on a recording session. Wow- had no idea how fine it was inside. Used to be an overgrown eyesore- drug deals going down in the back, trash everywhere... now it is the coolest recording studio in Austin!. Kudos 12th Street
