I've come here many times and always find the staff friendly and skilled. The salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. Parking on 29th Street can be tricky, but you can park near Panera and it's only a block walk. It's also convenient to many other stores and restaurants.

I would not recommend or go back here. I liked that I could walk in but nothing after that. They did my pedicure and manicure at the same time. It was not relaxing and I was twisted like a pretzel to accommodate them. The massage chair was designed by the Marquis de Sade and the salon was dirty. My polish started chipping within 5 days. It was an uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience overall.

Unfortunately, my gel manicure lasted less six days before one of my nails peeled off. I don't expect perfection from a nail salon, but having gel nail polish peel off in less than a week is frankly shocking. (And as I type this, a few days later, more of my nails have started to peel as well, something I've never experienced before.) I will unfortunately not be back, even though the location is very convenient. :(

Compared to all the other comments I’ve read about this nail place i don’t know what happened to me. The service was terrible, with my nail person having an angry vibe and being a bit rude about some things; and also yelling at her co-worker (who was working on my grandmothers nails) to hurry up and finish. The end result in my opinion was not work what we paid or experienced for that matter. The nails that I got were pretty 50/50 and I think there are better places to get your nails done. But this is all just my opinion and I could have just come on a bad day.
