I have no experience as a seller at this store, but it's not a horrible thrift store to shop at. I do think it's poorly organized with a bit too much going on inside, but they do have a lot of cool finds if you're willing to deal with the chaos. The store is pretty spacious and does have some general categories to guide you, and prices are usually reasonable for well-used resale items. Staff is laid-back but friendly.

Be careful when dropping clothes off to this location. After waiting over 3 hours for my estimate to be done I returned to pick up the items I was told they would not be purchasing. When I arrived in store my items were already placed in a bag stacked for me to take home. The previous two times I sold here my items that were being purchased were laid out for me to show prices the would be purchased for. However on this occasion the woman that help me told me she did not know what the items were that had been priced as she was not the buyer. (Mind you this was the manager that I had witnessed two times prior making the final decision on all buys) when I returned home I began to go through my items that where no purchased immediately noticing items missing from my bag that had not been purchased from me included was 3 pairs of shoes one of which was in the box they had placed back in my bag of returned items to hide the other items that were also missing that I was assured were in the bag. Rest assured I will never return to this very untrustworthy location

I’m reposting this because my original review was removed. That alone speaks volumes. I visited this store a couple of years ago, genuinely excited to shop. As a Black man, I walked in confident, happy, and ready to spend money. But instead of being welcomed, I was immediately targeted. A blonde male employee came straight up to me and told me I had to give him my purse. I looked around and noticed everyone else still had their bags and purses. No one else was being stopped. I hadn’t done anything wrong. I was just browsing. The way I was singled out felt racially motivated, and the attitude from the rest of the staff made it even clearer. I was met with coldness, watched closely, and made to feel like I didn’t belong there. I walked in with excitement and left feeling humiliated and disrespected. I’m sharing this again because people who look like me deserve to know the truth about how this store treats its customers. If you care about inclusion, this is something you shouldn’t ignore. Do better.

All employees are welcoming, including the security guards. They do request for all bags and backpacks to be checked in up entrance. Great upbeat music, for it makes shopping enjoyable. I was able to purchase 1 weeks worth of outfits, including shoes as low as 120.00. Blouses, jeans, shoes at 5.00 bucks each. They go by color coordination on the racks and styles. They have them labeled on the racks. All sorts of jackets, blazers, and coats. Summer is coming, so they are selling summer dresses and amazing style shoes to wear.

Amazing selection with very cool brands. Some prices are even reasonable. I really wanted to like this place. But unfortunately the entire store is disorganized. There is no distinction for sizes, categories of items, or even colors. Their style categories are extremely broad and vague like "American casual". I asked the staff member why the store is organized like that and they couldn't tell me an exact reason why. I tried explaining it's really hard to shop in, especially if you are only looking for things that actually fit you. You would have to look through every item in the store and manually check the sizes. This is especially cruel for plus sizes, which often make up the smallest percentage of second hand inventory. If you were looking for something like jeans, you would have to go in every aisle, because there are jeans in every aisle! A staff member told me that one of the reasons they can't keep it organized is because customers are going to put things back in the wrong spot. I thought this was a poor excuse. Many stores with more merchandise manage to keep things organized. And based on the amount of staff there (I counted 6), I find it hard to believe they wouldn't be able to keep all the sweaters in one place. The store is basically un-shoppable unless you have time to go through the whole store. And considering the amount of second hand, vintage, and thrift stores on this street, I don't really recommend going here unless you have lots of time and patience!
