Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a manicure and pedicure expecting a relaxing, professional service, but it was anything but that. The nail tech was on her phone non-stop—texting and talking while barely paying attention to what she was doing. As a result, she rushed through everything, did a sloppy job, and actually left cuts around several of my nails. My nails looked worse leaving than when I came in. On top of that, I didn’t see her sanitize any of the tools she used, which is not only unprofessional but completely unsafe. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly a bit concerned for my health. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values hygiene, attention to detail, or basic customer service. The other staff was very polite even offered wine which I respectfully declined, may just be a bad staff worker cause the rest seemed to be doing things the right way. I hope management reviews and make changes.

If your looking for a salon that provide very good service , good prices and more , then this is the one, I’ve been attending to this salon for the past 4 yrs to do my eyebrows and now to do my mani and pedi services , staff is very nice and friendly, also they help you to decide what’s better for your nails , in my case I was looking for a service to grow my natural nail, and I’m really happy that found this place! I was attended by a new nail tech named Vanessa, and my eyebrows for Wendy , and if your looking for someone to do amazing nails design you can ask Anabel , she’s definitely one of the best, they all make you feel welcome and once you get in they even offer you a complimentary drink 😀
