Fantastic service every time. Had a pedicure with Kay and manicure with Van and I could not be happier with the way my nails have turned out! Both are incredibly skilled, warm, attentive and easy to talk to. They did such a beautiful job. Could not recommend them enough!

What I asked for vs what I got pics! Let me start by saying the customer service her is a 10/10. Everyone was really nice and inviting. But that’s where the “good” ends. The actual service is not. I went in wanting medium square glow in the dark Frenchies, with a pedicure & matching acrylic toes! The receptionist was nice but advised they couldn’t give me glow in the dark because there was something wrong with the powder, it didn’t last😒. I should’ve left then but I stayed. I settled for not getting it, next we discussed my pedicure, I told him I just wanted a basic pedicure plus acrylic toes… an older lady came to assist I told her what I wanted for the pedicure and showed her the toes I wanted. She started doing the acrylic on my toes first.. I told her multiple times that I want square, I want it like the pictures, I kept repeating it… there was a lady doing my nails and I even asked her to tell the lady I wanted square to nails and… unfortunately I didn’t get them. She ran cold water only allowed me to dip my feet for like 8 mins then she used the purple buffer thing on my feet for 2-3 minutes… when I asked her if she was going to scrub my legs and feet he told me that would be extra… I was pissed because I thought that was the bare minimum for a pedicure. My toes are uneven and looks like a first timer did them. And that wasn’t even a pedicure at all. I was pretty upset but I didn’t want any issues so I sat quietly and sipped my “tequila sunrise” that the receptionist offered me. The lady doing my nails was nice but she also couldn’t deliver what I wanted! My nails are misshaped, and weird looking. If you can go some where else… pleaseee go somewhere else! Even though I stated I was not happy I was still charged $208 for this bs! Update: 4/18/25…. I’m adding a picture of the nails I got them done April 5th! And to respond to the response. I was on my phone… what’s wrong with me being on the phone? The person I was on the phone with heard me continuously asking for “square” hard square.. she even told me to stop… when I told the two women doing my nails that they needed to turn the file long ways and file up & down for square. I absolutely did complain about the look of my toes, the lack of things included in a pedicure and the white cast on all my nails… if the service provided was so good why are the nail already lifting and chipping off?

5 stars for Van! She is very patient and does amazing work with my nails! Shape to perfection and always willing to do my crazy designs! Highly recommend booking with her when coming to 3311! Here’s a picture of when she first did my nails. I was impressed at the foundation so I definitely had to come back. Now that’s my girl! 💕💐🌟

I came to this nail salon with a friend as I was passing by Dallas for a set of dip nails and as you can see from the pictures, the work was messy. The finish is rough and lumpy, and cuticles are uneven. I had to leave for the airport so I called the owner later who denied a refund and offered that I come back to get a set free of charge. I am a resident doctor so I informed the owner that with my work schedule I won’t be able to get to Dallas for several months and he confirmed that he will honor this offer for one whole year. I called to get my nails done within the one year period and the owner did not honor his own offer. I cannot recommend this salon based on the quality of work and the failure to rectify unacceptable service which speaks heavily on ethics of this business.
