I would mark 0 star if I could. I had 2 doordash orders with different accounts. When I showed him the 1st order, and tried to switch the account, the cashier marked both order as done without actually giving me the 2nd order. After I switched the account and showed him the order, the cashier said it could be someone else that picked up the order. Completely fraud! I ordered uber eat pickup using uber eat wallet cash. 1 Pizza 1 cookie, upon arrival in front of the lady in the register, was asked to swipe on the app. I did. She walked to the other register so facing down I also went to the right, then she said, swipe. I said I DID This goes back and forth like 5-10 minutes, she won't give me a $8 something order, just a a pizza and a cookie, she doesnt respond to my quetions at all, I showed her the receipt, she said "no look" and steped away each time i showed her my phone. Uber eat app does not allow multiple swipes. I asked refund she did even answer it. I called uber eat, they tried to call the store, but no phone call is heard inside, and I told her to pick up your phone, she just raised her hand. Uber Eats kept calling her, and she just serves other customers having my pizzza and cookie behind her. After 40min-1hr, uber eats told me they gaveup and couldnt give a refund because I did swipe complete in the app. So before leaving, I finally told her straight, you are not going to give me my order are you? She starts saying SWIPE SWIPE again, and started yelling whatever I couldnt undertstand, to be fair I was the what who started yelling I DID after 10 min false accusation in the beginning. So she angily took the pizza and cookie and drop it hard in the register. I took it and she kept complaining. So i returned and left. Good luck, your corporate and ubereats will go after you for falsely accusing your customer and stealing their money.

I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store before. I came to pick up a mobile order around 7 PM, and the staff named Singh immediately demanded I click “receive” before even showing me the food. When I tried to show the live screen on my phone, they accused me of trying to show a screenshot — which wasn’t true. I was confused, but before I could even finish explaining, they cut me off, asked “why are you angry?” and just started serving the next customer — who happened to be white — right in front of me like I didn’t exist. I was shocked. It felt like I was being dismissed not just as a customer, but as a person. The food I got wasn’t even wrapped properly. I left the store feeling hurt, ignored, and honestly humiliated. I can’t shake the feeling that if I looked different, I might’ve been treated with more basic respect. I’ve reported this to corporate, but I needed to share this publicly too — no one deserves to be treated this way.

Upon contacting Doordash support they attempted to call the store to confirm the situation but the store apparently has no working phone number.
