This is a great group of people that make working out fun in spite of the early morning hour! The workouts are different every day and can accommodate all ability levels; lots of cardio and bodyweight/band work. There's even a group that meets before the workout to run/walk if you want to get some extra miles in! If the weather is decent the workouts are outdoors, so dress accordingly.
