After some confusion, she made the drink with a concentrated sweet and sour mix that tasted absolutely rancid. I couldn’t even finish it. When I politely asked to swap it for a beer, she told me, “This is a dive bar, we don’t do that.” Not sure how being a “dive bar” excuses bad service. I was with a group of four, and we all left after one round. If the bartender had been more knowledgeable or courteous, we would’ve stayed and spent more. Won’t be coming back.
