On the final night of a business trip, we stopped by Acre 41 for dinner. To say that John R. and Chef Chris took excellent care us would be underselling it. The Acre Style Filet was probably the best steak we've ever had, and John R.'s suggestion to pair that with the house Old Fashioned was perfect. We topped that off with the Warm Cast Iron Brownie, and it was one of the best overall meals we've ever had. Thanks for taking care of us, John R. and Chef Chris!

I’ve been to many fine restaurants but this one was the absolute best! My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner and fortunate the have the most amazing waitress, Hannah. Atmosphere was spectacular and dripping with elegance and sophistication. Food was amazing and I could only handle one drink from the bar because that single Southern Hospitality cocktail leveled me! 😆 This is where we are staying from now on every time we visit our son at UT Austin! Hook em’ horns!

I visited Acre 41 for brunch and was immediately impressed by the ambience, absolutely beautiful. The décor and overall vibe of the restaurant were top-tier and made for a great first impression. For my meal, I ordered the Wagyu flat iron and eggs which came with potatoes. I requested my steak well done, but unfortunately it came out medium rare bland and not what I asked for. I also ordered the Ginger Sunrise mocktail. It arrived with no ice, and even after asking one of the waitress for a cup of ice she never brought it. I eventually had to get up and go to the bar myself to get some. Overall, the aesthetics of the restaurant were impressive but the service didn’t match the atmosphere. There’s definitely potential but attention to detail and customer requests need improvement 🤗
