Rooms are advertised as sound proofed but they’re not even close. I can hear people talking in the rooms next to me and traffic passing by outside. Works okay as a rehearsal room but I wouldn’t recommend trying to record anything here. I can clearly hear people playing three rooms down from me let alone my room neighbors. It basically sounds like they’re in the room with me whenever they play music. Not their fault but this should not be advertised as sound proofed rooms.
