The overall experience of renting was easier than I thought it’d be! The lightweight but durable kayak was perfect for our 4 hour trip! We had a great time and I’d definitely rent again! After a wild hare to do *something* on the water, we found this company that did a self-serve rental starting whenever the park opened. We expected having to inflate our individual boats but we ended up choosing items that were inflated and ready to go. The team was available by text to answer loads of questions both when we signed up and when got a little stuck trying to get our equipment. They made the experience really easy and it was really nice not to have to lug equipment far in order to enjoy the river. We’ll definitely take advantage of this service again.

He was available 24.7 and just so a awesome in every single way. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time by providing drop pins and fun ideas on water. The pricing is beyond fair and everything is great quality. I will recommend this for anyone and everyone who even mentions austin to me. Thank you mark ❤️

The manager was quick to approve our order and gave us the code to the padlocks on the storage. It was easy, and convenient. The location was also a big plus. We kayaked at Jessica Howel park by the dam close to Lake Travis. The manager was available to answer all my texts in a quick manner.

Be aware that the amount of time from board pick up to actually being on the water is roughly a minimum of 30 minutes if going to town lake, which is the closest body of water. Sunset was a gorgeous time to get on the water..
