Adventure water sports and their entire staff was phenomenal. So friendly and accommodating. They helped my entire family with a boat and a jet ski rentals for an amazing day on the water. Had a great time out on Mission Bay. Went out mid-week and late morning when it wasn’t too busy. The 90 minute rental was perfect and left plenty of time in the full speed zone. It takes about 6-7 minutes to get from the dock and through the no wake zone. Rented one waverunner for each rider which worked out well. Good quality, well maintained equipment and staff was helpful and friendly. Instruction was straight forward and there is a short instructional video before you head out.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Rented a jet ski for 2 hours and the staff were amazing - made us feel safe, answered lots of questions. I wanted to switch my kids halfway through and they were so accommodating and made it easy. The jet ski was well-maintained and super fast. It was especially nice how close they were to the full speed zone so you don’t need to spend ages idling through the slower no-wake zone. A few things I learned that I would’ve wanted to know: 1) From the front circle of the Dana hotel, walk straight back to the marina and take a right at the water. There is a small building about 50 yards down on your right, that’s where they are. 2) They have wetsuits but you don’t need them. I wore a sun hoodie and swim trunks and was very comfortable the whole time. 3) You can’t wear a hat or sunglasses, they will fall off at higher speeds 4) There is a good sized waterproof storage compartment on the jet ski where you can store your phone and a few small things. They will hold bigger items (towels, etc) for you at the marina

We had a great time on the bay with a rental from Adventure Sports. The wave runner was clean and in good running condition. The rental process was a little cumbersome, but the it was worth it. I would recommend Adventure Water Sports and will use them in the future.
