From the moment I stepped foot in this facility, I felt an immense sense of love and inviting, welcoming joy. The staff is so knowledgeable and will keep you motivated and excited about your fitness journey every step of the way. The classes are so much fun, and the results are unreal. In my first 3 months there, I lost 10lbs, 3 inches in my waist, 1.5 inches in my thighs, and gained over an inch of muscle in each bicep. Aside from seeing my body change, I didn't expect to see so much change in my spirit and my confidence. AKT unlocked the athlete and dancer I had forgotten about. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and still working out regularly. The modifications and guidance the instructors all offer make me feel so confident and strong maintaining my routine during my pregnancy. I could go on for days singing the praises of the gym. Listen, if you are contemplating trying work out class at AKT let me just convince you to DO IT. The work out classes are so fun AND effective. All of the instructors are so nice and inclusive. I love working out here. I just finished a workout class with Ashley and her personality is top tier and she always creates the best atmosphere to work out in. Give it a try, you will NOT regret it 🥳

All of the trainers there are absolutely wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. Even on tough days, I look forward to coming into class and being supported and encouraged by these amazing ladies! I am coming up on a year of being a member and I am so glad I found them! I am proud of the work I’ve accomplished there and have never felt healthier, or stronger than I do now.
