I took my first AKT class almost 1 year ago, and continue to go to AKT Cherry Creek 3-4 times a week because it’s an incredible full-body workout and so much fun! Being a former dancer, I love that AKT classes combine dance-based movements with strength, cardio, and resistance. I also enjoy that class content changes every 3 weeks, so I continue to grow and be engaged. Additionally, the trainers, staff, and members at AKT Cherry Creek are all incredible!

It’s challenging, the instructors are all passionate and are great at what they do. There’s a variety of classes which keeps me coming back and never bored. I am so impressed! The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and energetic, making for fun and challenging classes. it feels more like a party than a work out! The studio is lovely and clean. And the management is so extremely kind and helpful. I had a billing question and they got back to me right away. I have so many good things to say about AKT Cherry Creek. Check them out!!

Great work out studio! Their classes are fun and inclusive for almost all fitness levels. I would say if you're a total beginner you may struggle to keep up and know the moves. I say this as a person in a larger body who is not a beginner to working out. Yvette is a great instructor and motivates me a lot during classes. The variety in options is great. Also, I love that they keep the studio dark and cool and that they have clean and practical amenities like water and towels. Parking is an issue in Cherry Creek but hey it doesn't stop me.

I cancelled my membership in October 2022 only to find out that I was changed $150 every month in 2023 without my permission! My husband noticed the charges when doing our annual audit of expenses. I called AKT to ask for an explanation and left a long voice message asking for a return call. Haven’t received a return call. I will never recommend this business!!!!!
