I love Alamo, and now my child has joined the club. We go to the one in Richardson as that's the closest one. This one we went as the movie was playing only here First this is a place for cinema lovers. From the vintage posters to the pre credits reels. Each one is carefully curated. You get an idea of the history and legacy of the movie in a fun manner. The best part is the food menu on the table and uninterrupted service to receive and pay. The sound acoustic are great. It makes for a wonderful viewing and creates a happy memory

Picture quality and price - Great. Reclining seats - Good. Food quality - OK. Food Prices - OK. Service - Terrible. Been to 2 movies at this location recently and my experience has been the same each time. You will be served once at the beginning of the movie, but if you request service during the movie good luck getting it. Not surprised they have to add 18% gratuity to the bill for there servers to make any tips. The last movie I tried to order the banana pudding cup and they were out. Tried to order a refill of the churro pop corn and they were out. 1.5 hours left in the movie and asked for a iced tea and popcorn refill that never came. I can kinda understand the bankruptcy filing now if this is how service will be going forward. For an $18 ticket the seat is worth it but the value for the food and service just isn't there

First time watching a movie đ„đż here. It's a real nice place. I love the decor. The only thing that I couldn't get wrapped around my head was why were the tables sit in the middle of two seats and it's far away from seat đ€. I kept trying to see if it moves closer but it doesn't. So your drink is far away. It was good no one was sitting next to me because I had my drink and popcorn close to the edge of the table đ. the other thing that got me was the server came to my seat and interduced himself and then he said he needed to see my ticket first đ€. When he went to the people behind me he didn't ask them nor the ones in front of me đ€. This made me feel some kind of way. But I quickly dismissed this because I was letting nothing spoil my birthday celebration đ. If you do it to one please do it to all no matter what they look like.. overall I truly enjoyed the movie.

For me to write a negative review means that it was a bad experience. I went to see Superman on 7/12/2025 and I ordered my food and snacks before the movie started. It was something very simple that shouldn't have taking long at all. Strike one, I ordered a kid's chicken bite meal, a bottomless popcorn, a coke, a coke zero and a sprite. It took a nice amount of time to get the kid's meal which is some what expected; however, they didn't bring the drinks which should've been one of the first items delivered. Strike two, when they brought the drinks I asked which one is the coke zero and he said that it was a Dr. Pepper which I did not order and a regular coke and the server said that one is darker than the other and you'll have to figure it out. REALLY!!! I had to ask another server about them giving me the wrong drink. The popcorn was delivered last and it took too long to get it and we were more than past the beginning of the movie before I received it. I put a ticket up for another popcorn and another coke zero and sprite and one of the servers just grabbed it and kept walking. 15 minutes later I had to stop the another server to tell them I wanted another popcorn then they finally brought me one. I put another ticket up for the same thing and never received it and that was strike 3. I don't ask for much but for me to spend a little over $100 for sorry service I will not be going back. I couldn't even enjoy the movie I was really looking forward to seeing.

Super clean,, if your want to impress her or him, come watch a movie at this place, the service is at another leve, excellent, no distractions during the movie, from today on Alamo draft house will be my go to theater, what a GREAT experience, if I can give any constructive criticism it'll be to just turn the volume a notch or 2 down. The food was delivered warm and on time, Nachos could have use a lil more chips, but the cheese was flavorful with a hint spice.
