However, we were told that your staff claimed to still be open—despite clear evidence to the contrary. This isn’t just about the refund, the incorrect app information, or even the fact that you closed early. What concerns us most is the dishonesty and the unprofessional handling of the situation. We’ve been loyal customers for the last eight years, but we cannot support a business that lies to its customers and shows such disregard for their experience. We will not be returning.
