The volleyball courts at Alki Beach are an awesome spot for both players and spectators! Located right next to the ocean, it’s the perfect setting for a fun and active day. Whether you’re playing a casual game or just watching from the sidelines like I did, the energy and vibe are contagious. It was great to see people fully enjoying the sunshine, diving for the ball, and then cooling off with a quick jump into the water—what a way to spend the day! The ocean breeze, sand between your toes, and that unbeatable backdrop make this one of the most scenic volleyball spots I’ve come across. I didn’t play this time, but just watching made me want to join in next time. It’s a great spot to stay active and have fun with friends or even strangers who share the love for the game. Come and play! Cheers! 🏐🌊🥂

Very fun time. You can easily find yourself in a pickup game with complete strangers. People playing are usually friendly but if playing isn't your thing it's also fun to just take a seat back and watch with the water as a backdrop. The courts are spread out along the beach so pick one that is centrally located and have fun!

Very cool place and easy to see the games & players, but finding a place to park is terrible! Good for people watching. Needs more police patrol.
