This is the 3rd escape room we have done and this one was by far the least creative. It was fun but for the price you can get a lot more else where. Imagine you making an escape room in your bedroom by placing locked boxes through out the room and hanging a few posters. That was it. The adventure was fun and engaging for adults. We saw it marketed as kid-friendly so we paid for our family to do it. The cost was the same for kids as adults and there was no part our 7 year old or 10 year old could do. Also, It wasn’t in a closed off room so you could hear the groups next door. If it’s a group of adults, you will have a blast. . If you have kids, it’s probably not up their alley. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot believe this place is even open. Our party of 6 paid $190 and walked into a bright 20x10 office room that didn’t even have walls that reached to the ceiling. Everything inside was sparse and worn. The posters on the walls were curling at the corners and torn. There were 2 cheap pieces of furniture total in the room.There were visible smudges of dirt from customer handprints on the edge of the hollow door that did not have a lock, leading into the hallway. We looked at each other and wondered if this was a joke. My 13 year old daughter asked the very nice and attentive host if there was more than 1 room. He answered, “No.” When I tell you this looked like someone had purchased an “escape room game” from a store and taped the items to the wall, I mean that it is worse than what you could imagine. We could not pretend to enjoy ourselves knowing we had paid nearly $200, so we walked out before beginning and asked for a refund. This is where it got even worse. The very nice young woman at the front said that she would call her manager since she was not authorized to process refunds. She stepped outside and spoke to her manager and told us that “Her manager would call [me] on Monday.” I explained that I was from out of town and was uncomfortable with that offer and asked if I could speak to the manager directly. She said that her manager was on vacation. I said that if her manager could manage to talk to her employee, surely she could speak to her unsatisfied customer or give authorization for a refund. She went outside to call again and after five minutes returned saying she couldn’t reach her. After watching her speak on the phone through the floor to ceiling front windows, we did not believe her and were even more offended that her manager had clearly told her to tell us that she couldn’t be reached- and that they thought we would believe that?? Do not waste your money. I do not know how anyone could be satisfied with this place. It was offensive to our intelligence! M

THIS WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We did the mobile escape room and it was a blast. There was quite a bit of effort that went into creating the experience/games. We were able to play 2 different experiences during our session and the time flew by. We were blessed to have Vanessa taking care of us. She was amazing and really made it fun. Don't hesitate if you're debating, never would have tried something like this on my own but glad I did it.
