Horrible experience several times. I first went in for a uwel coil and pod, they sold me the wrong kind. They also sold me a preopened (ripped open) pod package. They wouldn’t accept a return even though I was assured the product would work. I went back yesterday to get a new vape completely because they are never in stock with uwell pods and coils. I was assured this was a reliable product and was given a receipt “incase anything happens or is wrong”. The vape is incredibly faulty and leaks like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to fill it up 3 times since I bought it a day ago. It’s leaked I to my bed, all over my pockets, even when it’s upright. It hits like you have your face over a hot pan of oil. Sizzles and spits nicotine at you. The cashier told me he couldn’t help me and his boss ~might~ call me tomorrow. He said that once a product leaves a store it’s out of their hands which contradicts what he told me the day before regarding faulty products. Wasted over $100 easily at this place with consistently poor customer service. If I can get a refund and an apology for selling a dangerous and faulty product I’ll consider changing my review. Don’t go here u less you’re jus buying cigs. The staff doesn’t know anything about the products they sell.

Horrible business. I drove 30 minutes to get a product that they had a day prior. I called 5 times within the span of an hour to see if they still had this product. Nobody answered. Would’ve saved me an hour of my time. Look, I understand working in a tobacco shop alone is busy and difficult, I spent 6 months working at one personally. But it is not hard to answer a phone for 30 seconds or put someone on hold. Additionally, the employee was very short with me. I did not feel as though she actually looked for the product, and she honestly seemed quite annoyed at us for asking. Do not shop here if you want good customer service.
