The worst company I have ever dealt with . We have the monitoring system they offer and the system is great but getting the system renewed is a nightmare. I have worked with many companies and will continue but allied takes the win with the worst service you can imagine . If people see this stay away from them and look for a company that cares about there clients

Whatever customer service agent I just spoke with was absolutely miserable to deal with! Wish I had caught her name in between her mumbling and attitude. I didn't have the direct line to our patrol in our neighborhood and in her attempt to help me she just acted like I was such a huge inconvenience. Then I said thank you for your help she just hung up. Customer service is dead!

I was shopping at Ross, I drive a converted school bus. When I came out a security guard was at my bus saying I was there too long and he thought I was leaving my bus there. Did he target other shoppers? Is there a maximum time limit for shopping? I didn’t see a sign stating shopping restrictions. Why would I leave my vehicle there? Who leaves their vehicle in random parking lots. He saw my Ross bag as I held it up to show I was shopping. People that drive buses or RV need to shop as well. The discrimination needs to stop. I didn’t see him harass anyone else in the parking lot.

us security associates is a pathetic joke. There are a couple of good people in the company. But the company it's self dose not take care of there employees. My step son worked for them 6 months. us security gave him one shirt and one pair of pants that didn't fit for his uniform. They never paid him for a couple of sick days, witch is a state law as of June 2015. Most security guards will never make more than $10.00 an hour because US Security Associates dose not give any pay raise. My step son said there's a guy that has been working for US Security Associates for 5 years and still makes $10.00 an hour. US Security Associates doesn't pay on time, some times they will mail it, some times you have to go to the office. It took my step son about 5 weeks to get his last 2 checks. I would Not recommend this company to any one looking for a job or security. US Security Associates is very unprofessional and seems to give you the run-a-round.
