Training at Alpine Training Center has been a game-changer for me. The environment is incredibly supportive and accepting—no ego, just a community of people working hard and cheering each other on. Since starting personal training here, I’ve summited five mountains, including my most recent peak at over 20,000 feet—and I’m over 50! The programming is smart, challenging, and tailored to help you build real strength for real goals. Whether you're training for the mountains or just want to be stronger and more capable in everyday life, ATC delivers. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a gym—it’s a community that pushes you to become your strongest self, inside and out.

Best of the best of the best. I love training at the ATC and love the community of hard working, encouraging people who also train there. Connie is an excellent trainer, and she ensures that all of the other coaches share the same work ethic, dedication and stoke. If you're looking for somewhere to be encouraged and have your goals supported, there's no better place. And it's YOUR goals that matter to Connie and the team. Doesn't matter if it's a super difficult technical objective, or just something that you're working toward personally, the team is there to support your work and your success.

The ATC is an amazing gym for anyone who wants to optimize their time playing in the mountains - biking, skiing, running, climbing - and be part of a super supportive community! The coaches are so inspiring, knowledgeable and know how to push each athlete to their personal best. The small classes mean it’s never a one size fits all approach. When I broke my ankle last year, Connie created workouts for me so I didn’t fall too far behind while still in a boot. They care about your personal goals and have the workouts to help you achieve them!
