We all know places like these are notoriously dirty. But this one, this is the worst ive ever seen. I’ve been documenting these issues for about a year and also emailed corporate and spoke with “managers” . It’s only gotten worse. Blood, broken equipment, trash including but not limited to : bandaids, actual HAIR, candy, etc. Half the park is taped off with caution tape while the open sections are all falling apart with hazards every 5 feet. It’s just disgusting. It’s filthy. And should be shut down . I’ve added just a few photos but these aren’t even the worst. It’s just disgusting

We have attended 4 or 5 kid parties here over the years and every time has been amazing. The staff is friendly and patient. The facility is clean. The setups for the Birthday parties make it easy for the family throwing the party to enjoy the party. Our kids love extreme dodgeball and diving. Even Mama jumped on the trampolines and had fun.

I want to thank Flor for her kindness and generosity. She went out of her way to make sure I could join my autistic son, even providing socks so I could participate with him. Her thoughtfulness and warm spirit made us feel truly welcome and included. It’s people like Flor who make a big difference. Thank you for making our experience so special!

Parking lot is cramped but functional. The facility is large & spacious, equipment was clean & in good state of being. The food is expensive but serviceable. The staff did an excellent job keeping the place clean. There was a large screen TV showing a college football bowl game in the eating/arcade/sitting area! I could have given a higher rating but a few families who let their children run wild, climb on arcade equipment unchecked as well as one child who whined in excess of 15 minutes ruined what was otherwise a good visit.

Been here several times and.most of the staff is friendly. Today the staff asked my kids to leave before our time was up. They should post a visual reminder of when the clocks starts for ALL wristband colors.
