This establishment is horribly managed. The employees are treated horribly, specifically the court monitors, who do their best to keep everyone safe. The general manager Randy Price is beyond unprofessional. Especially towards younger employees. Court monitors are expected to clean the court, the whole court, and most do just that without any complaint, and yet that’s still not enough for the managers at altitude. Don’t waste your money at this establishment, and if you’re a teenager or have a teenager thinking about applying DO NOT. It’s not worth it. You will work long shifts with one thirty minute break, besides this break, you cannot sit down or even lean on a wall or prop your foot up for a MINUTE. After your shift, when you work closing, you will be asked to clean sometimes it’s easy tasks but, one of my former coworkers had to clean each individual little black pole on the rails BY HAND. Sometimes I wouldn’t leave until 11-11:30 at night. When we close at 10 on Fridays. All for what, $10 an hour? This job was HORRIBLE. And I do have screenshots of Randy Price speaking unprofessionally to a 17 year old employee. Also I would like to mention that two employees have been weird towards others, specifically adults being weird to minors. Nothing was done about it despite complaints. Two managers were good though, Hian, and Frances, thank you guys for being amazing and treating people fairly. I will NEVER be associated with this company again. -Former Altitude Huntsville employee.

Altitude in Coral Springs, FL is the absolute worst. The manager, Alan, is completely unreasonable and unprofessional! One of his employees sold us 3 memberships and did not convey the rules correctly on how I would be charged. I'm not sure if it is because it's a fairly new location or not but there is a definite LACK OF TRAINING with this staff. I was blatantly mislead and there was no understanding on the management's part. Absolutely no acknowledgment of my situation or personal responsibility taken on their part. Disgraceful.

I need to speak to someone who runs altitude. I wasn’t going to give a bad review but I am PISSED. I paid $110.00 deposit and I was supposed to pay $279.00 today. That included 15 jumpers one large pizza for every five jumpers 15 icees, 15 waters, plates, napkins, tablecloths, a shirt, someone to set up and clean up and a party host. I knew that we would have more than 15 jumpers, so naturally I knew that we would be paying more than $279.00. We had 22 jumpers, no party host, I had to tell them to call the kids upstairs, I had to get my icees and waters myself. I did not get his birthday shirt. I had no help with absolutely anything from any staff at altitude. NOTHING. Didn’t see my host but once… not to mention, when I walked downstairs I would see my host behind the counter checking people out. They were charging me for kids and charging the kids parents as well. We got three pizzas icees and waters but we were having to remind them and do everything. And I walked out after the deposit and everything paying almost $610.00 for a room pizzas was missing one and told it couldn’t be added the day of, which yesterday someone told me I could so we had to buy more, icees and jump passes. Which we had to literally go down stairs and get them ourself. The only thing got offered is to come back in the future and hopefully don’t post a bad review from the staff that was there and a free cold pizza. And as I’m doing a last sweep of the room, there was somebody in there who complained of what a mess it was… However somebody should’ve been there helping because that was what I paid for.

I’ve been a member at the Springhill, Fl location almost since they opened and never had a problem until now. My son 5yrs old loves this place, not so much now. My son was playing in the dodgeball area and all of a sudden I hear him screaming from the top of his lungs saying stop, stop. When I hear his voice from where I was sitting I looked over and see my son in corner with his head down yelling and crying, there were 2 older kids throwing multiple balls at him hard and fast. I quickly got up, ran towards him, mind you, there were no staff members around the dodgeball area. I picked up my son and his face was frightened and really red. I finally see 2 staff members talking and laughing to each other. When they saw me, they said oh yeah I told the older kids to come out but they didn’t. So basically tells me they knew that my son was yelling, but didn’t do nothing about it. I said why was anyone not monitoring the dodgeball area? And why would bigger kids 9 -12 years old play dodgeball with younger kids 4-6 yrs old at the same time? So I walked to pick up our belongings and spoke to the manager and all she tells me is well you did sign a waiver. I was so hurt by her response. No sympathy what’s so ever. She also said she would call the older kids parents. (Which tells me the parents were probably not there). I told her to provide me a number to corporate but she didn’t have one. I requested I cancel my membership and left. Beware of letting your kids jump here as the staff will not care about your kids safety. How I look at it, this was a form of bullying.

How can one maximize the fun and safety during a group visit to Altitude Trampoline Park? Preparation and awareness are key. Group coordinators should ensure all participants understand the park’s safety rules and jump guidelines before hitting the trampolines. Wearing appropriate attire, such as non-slip socks that parks generally provide or require, enhances grip and reduces injury risk. Encouraging hydration and taking breaks is important to prevent fatigue, especially for younger or less experienced jumpers. Groups are advised to have designated meeting points and times to avoid getting separated in the busy atmosphere. Lastly, respecting staff instructions and facility limits not only ensures safety but also contributes to a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone. With careful planning, groups can focus on fun while minimizing risks, making their meetup at the park both memorable and safe.
