New trampoline Park in the neighborhood. Really big space with a ton of options for kids to play and get their energy out. They also have slides, tons of trampoline options, ninja course etc. Also they have family bathrooms and plentiful parking. Would recommend.

We had the BEST experience at the new Altitude Trampoline Park in Roscoe Square! It was our son’s 4th birthday and it’s hard to say who had more fun between the kids and the adults! Huge thank you to Colton and the entire staff for making this party our best one yet!! It truly could not have been easier or more fun. We can’t wait to come back!

We just left our son’s birthday party at Altitude Roscoe Village and the experience was absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful — it just opened recently and everything is spotless. From the front desk staff (who were super helpful and welcoming) to our incredible party hosts, Bibi and Beverly, everyone was fantastic. They were kind, professional, organized, and made everything run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better venue. Highly recommend for any celebration!

I wish I didn't have to write this review, but what happened today was absolutely unacceptable. I felt like I might as well have made a public announcement and gotten on the loud speaker letting each of the staff members know my son has a disability because I literally had to keep repeating, "my son has a disability" to each staff member in front of my son. I get that I have to fight for his rights as an advocate, but the staff members at this place made it impossible to have a good time. We literally paid to get yelled at about every little thing. I paid for 1 adult and 1 child so that I can jump with my son and help him with the obstacle courses since my son is non-verbal and has hypotonia. The staff members yelled at my son for not going through the course from the "starting point" even though there was nothing indicating there was a starting point. They also told my son's father he couldn't be on the platform because he didn't pay for a wristband and their specific socks even though he wasn't jumping and he was only there to help with lifting our son. Preventing our son from getting the help he needed. We repeatedly told the staff this and I even asked for a manager, but the girls at the desk said "we're all managers" and "it isn't fair to the other parents who can't be up here". I'm sorry, it's called "accommodation" and "accessibility". I checked out the website and there isn't even a sensory- friendly night. This place is NOT inclusive or accessible for those with disabilities. The way they treat people with disabilities is horrendous. They definitely need better training and better management. What a disappointment.
