Top quality equipment is one thing AltRider nails perfectly. They also have top quality customer service. As far as I'm concerned one employee in particular needs a raise. Lyndell Jensen went above and beyond, despite also working in an overheated warehouse, to find me the parts I needed to get my bike back on the road. If only more companies took care of their customers the same way. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work!

I am partial to BMWs because they are durable. OEM accessories still bend and break though. Because falling is part of off road riding, my philosophy has always been to replace bent and broken OEM bits with the most robust aftermarket replacements available because it saves money in the long term. My 2011 R1200GS has 225,000 hard miles on it including LA-Barstow-Vegas, five GS Trophy Qualifiers, dualsport events and countless off-road miles in the desert southwest. It wears Altrider lower and upper crash bars, sidestand foot, glare guard and master cylinder cover. The crash bars and side stand foot have over 200,000 miles of extreme off-road use. They are banged up and scratched but still look and fit great. Zoom in on the valve cover photos - they are scarred, but have never broken because of the phenomenal protection. Kudos Altrider.

Bought old stock bars fro my BMW G650GS. They let me know they had some cosmetic blemishes, but did touch ups; I was good with that as bars like this are hard to find for an older bike. Bars arrived in great shape, touch ups look good, and installation was pretty straight forward. I started outfitting by bike with other Altrider items when I can find them. Great customer service and quality seems good - but hoping not to test the bars!

I am not from US and I have just ordered the clutch arm extension for Yamaha tenere 700. Since I have a friend who is in the US for a short visit I had to make sure AltRider will send the package on time to reach my friend before he leave. I have sent them a mail and their representatives named Lyndell has answered my mail quickly and provided all the information I needed, but that was not enough, in the next mail Lyndell kept on providing more than just information, but also a whole suit of help and support, making sure all my needs are met and even went further out of way to provide me with faster and cheaper ways of shipment. Lyndell made me feel sorry that I don't have anything else I need from AltRider at the moment. But rest assured, if and when I will, then Lyndell will be the first person I will go to. Amazing service, fast response and the genuine care for customer happiness.

Very impressed with my universal highway pegs (don't judge me 😁). Not cheap, not stupid expensive, but awesome quality. Installation is pretty easy, and they stay put. Nothing else will that I tried. The Spaghetti Harley lives again!
