I travel constantly and visit cigar lounges across the world. My home lounge is in Minnesota and all the snowbirds there have always said have you been to Ambassador in Phoenix? Well this is my third time here and I feel it’s only appropriate to leave a review. Lovely shop and a humidor that is so impressive it’s shocking. If they don’t have it you don’t need it….but I stress that you should pass your everyday smokes and head straight for the Vartan line. Vartan the owner has found blends and construction and draw that other premium blends should be jealous of. On top of the cigar if you get lucky he will be here to say hi to. He is a wealth of knowledge and of rockstar fame in the cigar industry. I have been fortunate to meet his kids also on other occasions while here and it’s obvious the hard work they put into this shop. Also my last two visits I have had the pleasure of being helped by Cameron one of the employees who was immediately on me if I had any questions. Thank you all for everything you guys do.

So I only added 2 pictures because I believe this is the shining point of this location. Other than the private Lounge (membership required). Good selection of both high end retail cutter humidors and lighters many other extras. The public lounge area is broken up into 3 areas in the back of the location. That includes the bar area. Front lounge is a walk through area into the bar area that leads to rear lounge. No windows but high ceiling helps. The ventilation system works great an during the day the pace is calm and relaxing. You just need not be claustrophobic. The service is fairly good, just the vibe. The vibe is of its own like no other place I have visited in the valley. The other location is open and welcoming seating etc. I won’t go out of my way to come here. How ever they have an excellent selection of cigars a that would be the reason. Pricing is slightly higher than other places. But in line.

A hidden gem. Small store front with big things inside. Largest walkin humidor in the State. Great public seating in two areas with comfortanble leather chairs, TVs, and a bar. They cut and torch your cigar and can help you pair it with a bourbon. A great place to hang and get out of the heat.
