I also noticed that some areas of the theater, like the bathrooms and hallway, weren’t as well maintained as I’d hope. This is our regular AMC in Austin and we come here quite frequently. The theaters are always clean, the food in our experience has always been good, and the customer service has always been above and beyond. There’s ample parking which is great, and a great selection of snacks. I have to deduct one star though because the cleanliness of the women’s restrooms is never consistent. They’re usually quite messy and there’s usually one or two stalls in the larger one up front that are reliable. Other than that, it’s a great theater.
