Love this theater. The seats are so comfortable, bathrooms are immaculate, staff is friendly. Also, I lost my glasses in one of the theaters. I called them a week later and asked if anyone had turned them in. They had them! I was able to describe them and get them back. So sweet of them to have held onto them. Highly recommend.

I'll give this place one star it doesn't even deserve one star. If you're not familiar with this place I came on a Monday late afternoon. Be prepared for only certain doors unlocked. Be prepared to walk long distances. Be prepared for a broken escalator. Be prepared to be told you are not allowed to sit and wait on a family member in the bar area or you'll be considered loitering after you've already purchased a $7 drink at the concession stand. Be prepared to be told there's not anywhere to sit and relax when you're just waiting on your teenager while he watches a cartoon movie by himself that you have no interest in. Be prepared to pay $7 for a Coke. I was also told I could go to the main event center to relax sit down and wait for my son but this is where else I was told you can't come in here with that drink in your hand. Geez. I'm partially disabled it was in the 90s outside I was very Hot and tired and out of breath from walking I'm a woman in my 60s and this is how I got treated. I don't think I'll be back. They lost my business. Have fun if you ever come here. I just simply wanted to get a soft drink and sit down to cool off and relax.

Friendly staff and they generally have a good variety of films for a place that doesn't have 20+ screens. The Dolby room is good. Lose a star to a star and a half because they need to fix or replace some of the seats. If you want to sit center and an optimal distance from the screen you may find your seat kind of leaning or the cushion could be in rough shape

There are many small theaters with comfortable chairs that recline. Many are paired so that the center armrest can be lifted, turning the two seats into a loveseat. You buy tickets at a kiosk or online There is no human ticket seller. Tickets and snacks are not cheap. My wife and I watched an afternoon movie that's been out for several weeks and bought a box of popcorn for $42. Visually, the screen has excellent color and crisp display, with very good sound.

Honestly, it’s fine. Emphasis on fine. Sure, it’s a little worse for wear, but the location of this theater is prime. Concessions were great, projectors and the sound system were awesome, staff were very friendly, and the facility was very clean. The AC wasn’t really keeping up when we went, it was about 90° outside and felt close to 80° inside. My reclining seat controls didn’t work, and my wife’s seat wouldn’t extend all the way. Minor complains, but I highly recommend going to the AMC Barrett Commons 24 in Kennesaw instead. Much nicer, in better condition, worth the extra drive.
