Truly the only reason I still visit Sunset Place. Nice, spacious theater with a variety of displays like the Dolby Cinema which is my favorite. Parking garage has elevators that can take you to the third floor where the theater is as well as stations to pay for parking.

When going to this theater make sure you know you’re way around, especially if you’re going at night. I’m not from town and I went to see a showing at 10:15. It was very very hard to find my way to the theater since there are not many signs and the mall seems abandoned and a little spooky 😭. Not to mention there was no employees, security, or even customers until we got into the amc. We eventually found our way to the theater which was on the 3rd floor of the parking deck. After we found our way in finally, the theater is huge and very beautiful and the movie was amazing in the IMAX theater, it was just a struggle to get there 😭

I've been coming to this theater for a while and the staff is usually nice. Today was different. The Hispanic guy who was called to cover the bar for just a minute had a really bad attitude. He's not usually at the bar, but he was checking ID for me for wine and had an attitude. I get that you have to check IDs, but don't be rude about it. I look young, I get it. Still not an excuse. If you're having a bad day, that's okay - everyone does - but please don't take it out on customers, especially the loyal ones. If you can't be nice, you shouldn't work with the public. I work with the public too, and I know how hard it can be. But when I have bad days, I don't take them out on customers. I leave my problems at home where they belong. He also seemed like he was rushing to get me out of there, which made the whole experience even worse. I'm only mentioning this so management can give him some extra training he may even be part of management - he might not realize how he's coming across. The other Hispanic staff member is always nice, and so is the black bartender. I just want this guy to be nicer to the customers no need to come off aggressive. I only mention this so it doesn't happen to others. ...This really bothered me today as a good customer. It even ruined my movie experience - I was too upset to focus on the film. Next time I go and If the black bartender or the other Hispanic guy aren't working, I won't even bother asking for a drink - it's not worth the attitude.

People are trying to be nice about this place. However, it is very dirty, dark. The theater smells. The mall is empty and has not signs for anything. I do encourage people to support this industry. There is nothing like seeing an new movie on the big screen. The prices are high at $35/person for parking, a ticket, a hot dog, popcorn, and a drink.
