Had my son’s 12th birthday here a few days ago, we did air-soft and upgraded to rifles for the full experience. When it comes to this place, It’s simple, show respect and respect will be given. The air soft area grounds is large and there is enough seating for parents to watch. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make sure our party was taking care of. They were very attentive, and take safety seriously. Also, I’m super grateful for their patience with the kids, as we had a large party! The kids loved it and did not want to leave, parents messaged me saying that their kids said it was the best birthday party they ever been to. I suggest book a reservation and carpool if you can to ensure a smooth, easy process. Thank you for making my son’s birthday special! Also make sure your children listen in the demonstration as well.

This place is amazing. I took my boys 11 and 16 they have never played, and it's been 3 decades since I have. The setup is great, and everyone from players to staff is so friendly. If you go do it once, oh and tell them Robert sent you. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for a great first impression for my boys .

So went in and tried to get some info. Now the kid was super nice. But you could tell he was getting a little frustrated answering my questions. But it's been years since I have played and I really want to get back into playing. I tried to ask a few questions about the guns but at that time he had already showed me the field for a quick second and then you could tell he wasnt that interested. I guess you can't play here unless you have a group or a team. That really sucks because I moved here and don't know people who play yet. I am sure when it cools down I will start doing walk on at the outdoor fields here in Phoenix. But the unfortunate thing is why wouldn't this place do open play? They are missing out on a huge opportunity with it being indoor.... Very strange but I will just wait until it cools down and start doing the outdoor fields.
