While the staff here are nice and sweet, unfortunately, I won't be returning due to several issues. After the gel remover, the skin around my nails became extremely dry and started peeling – something I've never experienced before at other salons. It's still peeling even after using the lotion they provided. They suggested 2 style books, magnetic cat-eye and seashell shine kind of style, I went with the the cat-eye style, and I picked the magnet pattern from their nail showcase book. However, it turned out they didn't have the correct magnet. We tried several different ones, and I had to settle for a design I didn't love. The final nail results were also inconsistent; I had gel with powder, and some nails have bumpy parts because the powder was unevenly applied. Regarding pricing, I called before purchasing a Groupon to make an appointment and was told not to buy it, as I could pay the Groupon price in-store. There was a menu online, but they never informed me how the cat-eye style would affect the Groupon price – neither at the beginning nor when I was paying. They didn't explain how the final cost (which was double the Groupon price) was calculated. Well, I acknowledge it's partially my fault for not asking for a price breakdown for the Groupon and the cat-eye add-on at the end. Overall, the lack of transparency, combined with the results, means the value wasn't there for me.

Took one hour and she got exactly what she wanted + 2 little hand painted flowers on her ring fingers. Total cost was $80. Just a smidge more then I've paid other places but not too much to fuss about. I would definitely recommend. Seemed to be a popular place. I saw a handful of people go in and out during that hour I waited in the parking lot. They also have soda/water available and play light rock music which was nice.
