While in town on vacation we stopped in here, as getting ice cream after a day of hiking is what we like to do. Unfortunately the first impression was that it smelled like a literal garbage can in the place. Not sure if this is the norm as other reviews don’t mention the smell, but this particular night it was strong. We ordered 2 waffle cones. The ice cream was good, not as creamy as I would expect from an ice cream shop, but it was good. Sadly the waffle cones were extremely hard. I tried eating some of mine as it is one of my favorite parts of the experience of an ice cream shop ( and something you pay extra money for). My boyfriend however threw his in the garage after he finished his ice cream. The service was very good and the people working behind the counter were friendly and kind. Sadly I would not go back here honestly because of the smell alone and because the waffle cone itself was disappointing.

I found this Ice Cream shop by accident glad I did because the Orange Sorbet & the Mexican Vanilla together was Amazing & the 2 young ladies working Ariel & Jackie displayed Great Customer Service skills They were Awesome, along with being friendly offering great suggestions serving me with a smile they definitely made my very First Experience a real pleasure. Dropped by on a hot 100F afternoon to cool off and to enjoy some unique ice cream. I have been a customer of Amy’s for over 30 years and they do not disappoint.
