It was such a gift to find this studio. It's in a beautiful and convenient spot right next door to Kerbey Lane. The studio itself is an open space with beautiful details to enjoy, and no mirrors to make you feel self-conscious! Yoga mats and props are provided if needed. The owner Jackie is very warm and welcoming, and she's very present, leading many of the classes on offer. The weekly events have also helped me build a sense of connection and community with my neighbors. The membership plan makes so much sense - you pay one monthly fee and get to enjoy as many classes as you'd like! And y'all, there are SO MANY classes to choose from. Booking is super easy on the website or on the app. Jackie is doing great things here, and her studio has already made a positive difference in my life. Treat yourself and check it out!

Had an amazing class last night with Laura! Candlelight, perfect music, sun setting, information about how each moves does benefits your body, all the supplies you need to feel comfortable for each move and soothing tea afterwards to send me home stretched, released and calm. Cannot wait to try more classes!!! Love the app to look at the schedule.

This is a warm and welcoming space that offers yoga and hosts other events. The yoga classes are more geared towards beginners and teachers have varying levels of experience; you can find entry-level Ashtanga-style classes as well as other flow classes. It was a pleasure being part of the community for a short time and getting to know both the instructors and other practitioners in the studio.
