Busses seem to never run on time. Some of the bus drivers are so rude. Even when you say thank you they don't respond . Some of them don't know how to drive. Slam on breaks and don't let people with disabilities sit down before they take off. It has been a very unpleasant adventure.

Great place. Gail R is the best to work with. The power will always be on because Michigan CAT maintains their backup generators.

Love the city buses get on them often , takes alot more time and buses never usually on time Theirs an 50/50 chance you get a driver who enjoys their job Alot of them seem fustrated and have additudes Only thing is at night they rush everyone out thw bust station at 11:40 and its says they close at 12:00 am This inly concerns me because thier where times when this happened and it was pouring raining and my driver was in the building so we got kicked out the building so they can start cleaning early and it was raining and then the bus driver ran into the building and came back out late These are late nights after shifts too It gets very frustrating

Their 2045 vision is really exciting with two dedicated BRT lines! As someone who used the buses extensively this will greatly help an already good service. The only suggestion I would have would be to convert them to tram/LRT lines but I suspect that this is due to a lack of funding rather than willpower. Just a reminder, good transit makes everyone’s commutes faster: drivers and commuters by taking vast amounts of drivers off of the road. That’s why having dedicated transit that doesn’t get stuck in traffic is so important and I’m glad the cities are taking steps towards this.
