I ordered a quinoa bowl ahead of time over the phone at the iconic cafe. I came inside, paid for it and was told I had to wait about 5 min. People came in and left with their orders and after about 20 min I asked about my order. I was told that she would bring it to me as soon as she received it. Another 10 min later I was called up to get my order. I had to rush to work and did not check it first. Once I was at work my quinoa bowl was all 90% kale and about a tablespoon of chickpeas and the same amount of avocado. It looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed and won’t go back there. I do not know what that fried item was on the left of the plate. It was not good

I love this place! I had been meaning to go for sometime and I am glad that I finally did. They have an amazing selection of supplements and natural skincare. Tried the iconic burger from the vegan café and wow it was delicious. I’m not even vegan and I would make a trip just to get the burger again!

My wife and I went there 4/11/2025 The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a small deli and we both had smoothies. What was above and beyond was that we were shopping while waiting on our smoothies and the delightful you lady that made them brought them to us. That was wonderful service. The smoothies were delicious. We bought some healthy items while shopping. They have a lot of wonderful healthy choices. I wish that Ann's were as common as grocery stores throughout the state.

I was having hair trouble and didn’t know what to do. I walked into Ann’s and was immediately overcome with defeat at the sight of all the different products. I was out of my element, tired from a long days work, and having a bad hair day. As I sauntered thru the isles looking for the product that would work for me I was approached by Fran, who was eager to help me find what i’m looking for. I shared with her my current situation and she knew exactly what I needed. I was feeling good. The next day I realized I didn’t ask any questions and had 1000 questions. I called Ann’s for help. I was remiss thinking I could figure this all out myself. Luckily Nancy answered the phone and I immediately gave her the bad news. “I have 1000 questions.” I said Nancy rebuttals, “Sir that is not going to be a problem. I will answer them all.” And she did. All 1000 of my questions. Nancy helped me use the products efficiently that I purchased and I was very grateful. Also the oranges here are really good.
