I loved my experience here. Take the flavor tour! They'll walk you through all of their current flavors. Website says they change about every 2 weeks. They will give you a sample of each and explain what it is and what is in it. I got a cone but it was a little on the chewy/thick side for me. I think I'll get a bowl next time.

Very unique flavors. The gelato is excellent and love the sampling part. It is quite a wait though We've passed by many times to see the line wrapped around the building. The one time we did get in there was a short line just outside the front (about 8 people deep) and it was about a 40 min wait. I think it's the whole experience where they make you try all the flavors. I say if you know you like a flavor, order a pint online and pick up. We opted to get a pint for later and a medium for now. No signal was our favorite!

Love going to this place! Everything on the menu is gluten-free so that's great for me and all the other celiacs out there. Their flavors are amazing and elevated. This visit I had the full-grain leather, so good! We did wait in line for an hour so make sure you prepare for that, although a staff member came out and was giving us some samples during our wait which was very nice :)

Voted Best Independent Ice Cream shop in America!! Note long lines go up to midnight because they are open late. But worth the wait!! You can’t miss it because there is always a long line. They consistently have rotating flavors of which are usually 7 kinds. What’s the best part?? You can try all of them and then pick 2 flavors to eat!! What an experience to try! My favorite is the PHIN and No Signal! Thank you Paige for helping us choose our flavors and your recommendations!! Definitely try this place out and see for yourself this creamy goodness that melts !

They got the aesthetic right along with the flavors + their unique names! the ice cream flight is similar to that of Stella Jeans (another good Ice Cream spot here in SD), flavors are delicious and staff is very attentive and patient towards first timer customers! Lines can’t get long so come early and get a pint to take home! Prices are okay/reasonable depending on your perspective, but I’d come back or definitely check out their other stores!
