SCAMMERS. Unprofessional staff. Horrible attitudes from the get go. Bad communication as well. I never got any rental confirmation, not even an “ok”. They also claim their return policies are clearly stated when they are nowhere to be found. They neglect to share their closing times and return policies during the whole process. The agreement does not state times or policies for return. They basically turn a blind eye to get you to pay extra days and fees, on purpose. And on top of that they give you HUGE attitude for it. This place is the worst. Never renting here again. They are just plain nasty.
