Just had the worst customer experience here. Waited 5 minutes for standing patiently in front of two workers. Never once did either of them acknowledge me until their finished their conversation. I got told to wait for someone else on sales floor. I waited another 5 minutes and then asked someone else if someone was getting helped. The same girl came to help me who first told me she couldn’t help me because she was supposed to be teaching a class. Meanwhile the store alarm was falsely going off. Worst yet the girl treated me horribly and gave me wrong information. I need info on the Gen 11 iPad. She told me everything was Gen 10 iPad. Even though i had a Gen 10 enclosure and confirmed the dimensions did not fit she insistedi was wrong. She would not verify, help confirm, or ask others for help. Instead she diverted eye contact and went back to what she was doing. My questions are for my business and an enterprise client request. This is the worst employee/customer experience i have experienced in at least the past 2-3 years.

I had to take a moment out of my day to write this review because of how pleased I was with the service today. After a stressful day at work, I made the trip to the apple store and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a burst of positive energy by your associate Josh. He was polite, spoke and greeted me instantly and even checked with his associate to make sure no one else was waiting to be helped to make sure everyone was taken care of fairly. I told him exactly what I was looking to do (a trade in) and he gave me the run down of my options of all phones, an explanation of all the features and even gave great feedback and insight when it came to how I use my phone personally. He was quick as well as extremely knowledgeable about the each product and question I proposed. While we were waiting for my information to be backed up, we were even able to have some small talk which was very pleasant. By the end of my visit I had a new phone and a new found respect for Apple's hiring. No one likes to go into an Apple store and pay high prices for these Apple products but if the service is like it was today, it definitely makes it worth it! Thank you again Josh for your help! One of the best customer service experiences, I have experienced in a LONG TIME!
