The service was poor. It took 30 minutes for my bottle Michelob Ultra. The appetizers were dry and stale. The bartender and staff were all jamming to loud inappropriate music while my party of people were waiting for their food. The onion rings were salty and unseasoned. The barbecue sauce is unsatisfying and the waiter was very unpleasant with her was of providing excellent customer service. Also we were seated with no utensils barely any napkins. The Alfredo was cold after waiting a hour for the main entree. The plate was hot however the food was not. No ketchup in bottles. The same chicken Alfredo was brought back to the table with more sauce. Basically it was not remade. My chicken tenders platter with French fries was already made 10 minutes plus before the plate was brought to the table and they took those fries and thru them back into the fryer and put them on the plates. And most importantly we called ahead of time to make sure they could provide us with great service with the party of 12.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this location. I ordered the 1/2 rib plate off Uber eats & my broccoli contained some type of larvae. I had to throw up everything I ate just to feel satisfied that I didn’t ingest something I didn’t see. Please take more time to wash the vegetables as this is unacceptable! Update 8/2 Went into the store to speak with management & there was no real sympathy. Gave me a script about it being up to Uber & I couldn’t get a remake w/o the broccoli. This could have been an easy fix but I will be escalating this situation! Please be safe when dining here.

Very lackadaisical staff. They'd probably work better in a McDonald's environment where customer service isn't as enforced. We were tabled immediately, but it took 10+ minutes before our server came to the table. Said server ended up vanishing(?) and was replaced with a new nonchalant server. Only saw her make rounds about 2 times and had to flag down others to receive service. I came in to get my birthday gift which was a free dessert. Only to be told that the code wasn't working (perhaps they couldn't differentiate the O and the 0). I showed them not one, but two separate emails showing that the code was not expired, but they insisted that it showed as invalid. The issue rose when they put zero effort into honoring the code. I had do their job and suggest that they removed the dessert from the ticket. (Common sense right?) I emptied my beverage before I received my food. They forgot about my food and only remembered when they brought my mom's food out and saw that I didn't have mine. Never got a refill for that beverage. My mom even mentioned my empty cup to help the server think a bit clearer. I don't think it helped, because she seemingly ignored the comment and walked off and I never got that refill. They gave me a stack of little trays for to-go despite me having spinach dip. No lids. No containers. Yet they had them. The manager told me the next time I came back, the dinner would be on him. The facetious comment didn't amuse me. I hope the staff can find better jobs suited for them.
