I had an amazing experience at Aqua Nail & Beauty. My nail technician was spectacular and treated me with so much love and care. Came in to get my acrylics soaked off and the lady just ripped them off and charge me $20. I understand I came in an hour before closing, but I would've rather them say they don't have enough time to safely remove them and for me to come back another day because now my nail beds are damaged and it took me months to get them back strong and healthy. Honestly, not even great. I am not sure what the standards in Atlanta are for a proper place for nails here. I am aware what a quality place is & in other states, the types of businesses out here wouldn't survive. The sanitary conditions for this place were not appropriate, dirty, and dusty. The work done on my nails was sloppy and too careless. My nails lasted two days, broke, the protective coat faded the next day & I paid $63 for that. They wanted me to consider doing something else when I went back to take them down, but I wouldn't even reconsider a redo from this place. Terrible job done, lack of professionalism, and skills. I am not sure what the standards for business in Atlanta are, but these are decent. I am all for supporting businesses, but it won't be fair to accept less than a decent job at least.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. After my service, I asked if anyone there would go over to Emory Hospital and do my daughter’s nails. Amy said she would be off on Monday and happy to come do them. She brought her niece, Taylor, and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did we find a new nail salon, we made some sweet friends ❤️
