She really does stand above the rest. Mystie is extremely attentive to her students and I have seen great results. Training with Mystie has been a game changer for me. I've lived an extremely active lifestyle. After years of everyday wear and tear my body was in constant pain. I had tried Pilates multiple times in the past. I know how beneficial this type of training is but it never grabbed my attention. Misty has changed that for me, I found her from fantastic reviews from users but I'm always skeptical until I tried it myself. Mystie is exactly what they said passionate and and very detailed. I noticed a huge difference after the first class. Within two weeks I was pretty much pain free. My back didn't hurt from standing to long. My knees were no longer in pain.
