Meh. The ice cream was good, but the atmosphere & service inside was a bit uncomfortable. The staff were very short (as in cranky, not height) and seemed like they didn't want to be there, which in my mind, makes me think they're not being treated very well there. The service could improve a lot, but at least that blue Hawaii ice cream was delicious.

On 07/03 we visited at 9p. The staff (everyone we had interaction with) were very impersonal. Definitely the wrong job field for them. On top of that we asked for a root beer float and a chocolate malt with Reese's pieces. Simple, right? We were handed a root beer, no ice cream. When we brought this up she just took it and shut the window. Shortly she gave us the root beer float, never saying a word. Completely unprofessional. After that it was discovered that the malt had absolutely nothing in it. Including the malt flavor. No Reese's pieces. I give the staff a 1 star. P.S. the regular shake, no malt or additions, was good.

Arctic Circle has always been a hidden gem for me, reminds me of my childhood and bringing my kids here is something that I feel so good about doing. The food was great, AMAZING customer service from the drive-thru and inside employees. Clean bathrooms and clean tables and floors, makes it more comfortable in a dine-in setting! Overall it was 15/15 stars! Can't wait to come back for the shakes and chicken rings!!!!

I've always had a good experience here. The food is always good and the employees are friendly and helpful. One time I ordered a raspberry shake, and it was amazing! I didn't know it then, but the shake maker had put LOTS of extra raspberry in it. Now that's how I order it every time.

One of the 1st fast food restaurants I ever enjoyed as a kid. Things have not changed the food is still good the fries were amazing and the Fry sauce is still tasty as ever. The staff was great and efficient they brought our food to us as we ate outside. Nice little burger joint with good people.
