While the facilities and equipment are amazing the staff isn't. It seems that there is not enough training given to the staff members as to how to operate the equipment and how to troubleshoot problems. Not all staff members but some are very rude as well. This is not all of them .. I have met really nice people but I have seen two staff members being very mean with my friend.
