We worked with Cami throughout our process of buying/returning alcohol. She was so helpful in trying to figure out how much alcohol we needed based on our guest count and type of alcohol we needed. We easily paid in installments. Two weeks before the wedding, she happily adjusted our numbers based on our guest count. Our biggest issue was attempting to return our alcohol on the day of the Pride Parade (our fault). We were told to return the items to the return counter, but had difficulty pulling up the correct order form, counting the alcohol, and having the correct items. We were unable to return the items on that day due to too many issues. However, once we contacted Cami with the difficulty, she said she would personally help us with the return next time we came in. She was so helpful and we had no issues returning the alcohol, she even waived the restocking fee due to the difficulty we had the first time we attempted to return.

He was extremely rude and yelled at me in front of other customers, trying to be embarrass me. I haven’t been back and don’t think I will when it’s out of the way and the same price at King Soopers.
