No one offered to help, no one asked if I wanted to try anything on — nothing. I actually needed assistance as I’m visiting town and wanted to shop for some friends. I’ve never experienced that at any Aritzia I’ve been to. The staff just kept glancing over and then actively ignoring me, which left me wondering what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. I even had friends with me who noticed how off-putting and unwelcoming the vibe was to the point where they wanted to leave. Aritzia stands by their core values, whether it be the quality of their clothes or customer service. But something about this store’s energy felt completely off, and I can’t help but feel disappointed. I’ve been here several times and never had a good experience. The employees behave like middle school mean girls. I’m ignored unless I make a point to address one of them and every interaction makes me feel judged - as if they believe I’m unfit to shop at this store. Going through these Google reviews, it seems this has been an issue for at least 7 years with no improvements. This utter disregard for customer service is concerning and appalling. Do not shop here.

ill come in to shop in aritzia clothes and still get associates following me around bothering me to hold my merchandise when i have one item as if im going to steal it. i've had a couple decent interactions but most of the girls who work here are super snobbish. sometimes i just leave because im tired of them bothering me every time i turn a corner, they seriously come up to me every 5 minutes. i have social anxiety, i don't want them constantly asking to take my 1-3 items to their communal fitting rooms. i've worked in retail at this mall, it's a bit excessive. if they aren't bothering me constantly they completely ignore me, there's no in between. cute clothes but not worth the stress.

I love Aritzia and have spent a good amount of money here on the clothes I wear everyday. The past few times I’ve come to this location however, the reps have not acknowledged me at all. I almost never leave reviews like this, but today I just felt judged in the store and the reps were talking together while just blatantly looking me up and down - I was wearing almost all Aritzia clothing which is the great part.

First time purchasing from there. There was a short blonde girl and she looked at me and the items I had in my hand and gave me a nasty look like I was going to steal and kept watching me. Felt very uncomfortable. They also came up to me and snatched the items from my hand and said it would be at the front. I did still make my purchase but I felt like just leaving everything and walking out without giving them my money because at that point it felt like they were judging me & thought I was going to steal and as a women of color that made feel so uncomfortable. Awful vibe , will not be returning.
