0 stars. My sons team played against this league today at the Yavapai all boys tournament in Prescott, team 16/18 B red. The ENTIRE game the coach was allowing the boys to shove, kick, and grab my sons team by their arm and pull them to the ground. Absolutely disgusting way this league is teaching children to play. If my child plays this team again and gets seriously injured I won't hesitate to sue the league and the parent of the child that hurts my child. I've included a picture of the coach for reference that is careless. Update: I contacted the leagues Facebook account and their lack of concern in response tells me all I need to know about this league. Glad my son isn't involved with a league like this.

We are so happy with surf. Our daughter plays for Knebel 2012 girls team and it has been amazing experience. She has amazing team and most importantly amazing coaches. We absolutely love Phoenix Surf and Coach Rich. We came from a different club and had multiple coaches who didn’t care so much for the team. My son was feeling discouraged and was starting to not loving soccer anymore. We switched to surf and the joy and love of soccer is there again. This club treats you and your kids like family. Everyone is so nice. I would recommend Phoenix Surf 100%.

We're fairly new to the whole club soccer scene. We started off in a different club last year. Our team was not too organized. There was bullying and other things going wrong that the coach just turned a blind. Towards the end of the 1st half of the season, the coach spoke bad about my son. He broke his spirit. My son did not want to continue playing. Fortunately we were introduced to the Goodyear Scorpions which is now Phoenix Surf. We were placed with a coach that my wife and I are very grateful for. He brought back the spark in my son. Towards the end of the season, there was no wanting to quit anymore. He wanted to come back to the same coach which he did. Surf's values a different. I know we all have bad experiences with clubs but we're happy here. Thank you Phoenix Surf.
