I’ve come to Artistic Touch Ceramics for 21 years and love it so, so much! There are very few ceramic stores left that still carry greenware. Most are just selling bisque pieces—quick, ready to paint items. Cindy (owner) has thousands of molds to choose from and extremely reasonable prices! These pieces allow you to do any of several techniques—not just glaze or acrylic paints. She does offer some bisque items. She will also clean most any greenware she offers for a small and fair additional price. Classes are Tuesday-Thursday from 1pm-3pm. You don’t need to follow any specific instructions, just work on whatever you want and she is there to help! During those times, she can answer your questions or help you with any technique you want to learn. These classes are only $1 a day!! You do buy your own pieces, paints, and supplies, however, she does have some ready to paint pieces with glazes you can use and pay for by the hour. Ceramics is amazingly therapeutic! If you want to paint and need a place to start, go to Artistic Touch Ceramics! I love it!!
