Studio Lifted, formerly Ashley Lane Fitness is a great workout studio!! I already belong to 2 gyms but tried their classes at a special event and found the location so convenient and the staff so friendly, like family, that I had to go back for more!! They offer all types of workouts and it feels more like a friendly, fun place to gather and get a good workout versus just a sterile gym environment. I also recently went to their re-branding party and it felt so great to be included. I can't wait to renew my membership!!!

Love love love Studio Lifted. It is such an uplifting and fun place to work out! Personal training with Ashley is always a blast - she kicks my butt each and every session, but it's so much fun that it always goes by fast. I have pain in my wrists which prevents me from putting much weight on them and she alters each workout/exercise to ensure I am pain free. I've even convinced my fiance to start training as well! I highly recommend this studio for anyone, at any fitness level. It is a welcoming, non threatening environment, but at the same time Ashley really pushes you according to your fitness level. I look forward to every session! I also can't wait to try the massage, cupping, reiki and other new treatments being offered at the studio!
